CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

ContaQ Live is a communication platform that lets people contact vehicle owners — for example about parking, blocked vehicles or urgent safety issues — using a vehicle number or QR label, without exposing the owner's personal phone number. This page sets out our standards regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and applies to the ContaQ Live website, web application, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”).

1. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

ContaQ Live has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. We do not knowingly permit CSAE-related content or activity on the Service, in any form.

2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users are strictly prohibited from using ContaQ Live to engage in, facilitate, or attempt any of the following:

child sexual abuse, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualisation of a minor;
grooming or sexual solicitation of a minor;
exploiting, endangering, or attempting to contact a minor for a sexual or otherwise harmful purpose;
sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE-related content of any kind; and
any other conduct intended to facilitate the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.

Users must not use ContaQ Live to contact, solicit, exploit, groom, or otherwise endanger minors. Violations of this policy will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

3. REPORTING SUSPECTED CSAE OR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

If you become aware of suspected CSAE, grooming, or other inappropriate behaviour involving a minor on ContaQ Live, please report it to us immediately — no account or login is required to do so.

When reporting, please include as much relevant detail as possible (e.g. the vehicle number, QR label, phone number, link, or account involved, and a description of the concern) so we can look into it.

4. HOW WE RESPOND

Reports of suspected CSAE are reviewed, and appropriate action may include:

removing or restricting the relevant content;
restricting or terminating the accounts involved; and
cooperating with law enforcement where legally required to do so.

6. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By using ContaQ Live, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Child Safety Standards, and you agree not to use the Service to engage in any conduct described in Section 2.
